One to watch: Trait Wines
I met Theo Truyts and Clare Trythall when I worked Pierro back in 2018 – two glorious months in Margaret River that were made even more fun by getting to work with Theo and eat everything Clare cooked.
Now Theo and Claire have their own project: Trait Wines – and it’s an exciting one. I wrote about it, and them, for Decanter, in a feature that is now available online.
