Books etc: December 2025
When Decanter asked if I’d be willing to fill a double spread with my favourite-ever wine books, I practically leapt with joy.
Narrowing it down to a suitable number was the challenge – and so I chose nine, a wonderfully un-aesthetic number. These are not sturdy reference guides, but the books that – for me – manage to capture just a little bit of the magic of wine. They instil the reader with enthusiasm and intrigue, a thirst for more wine and knowledge, and wine – and that is why I love them.
